The office of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of Azerbaijan and Morocco, as well as the Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC-IPHRC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation.

The document was inked on the sidelines of the Baku International Conference on "The role of ombudsmen and national human rights institutions in the field of business and human rights" held on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the institution of the Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsman) of Azerbaijan
