Selali village of Gubadli district is located on the bank of the Hakari River.

The village was occupied by the Armenian armed forces in 1993. During the occupation, Selali village was subjected to Armenian vandalism.

The Selali village was liberated by the valiant Azerbaijani Army, which inflicted a crushing blow on the enemy in the Patriotic War.
