President of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya Mohamed Younes al-Menfi has arrived in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

A guard of honor was lined up for the President at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport decorated with the national flags of the two countries.

President of the Libyan Presidential Council was met by Azerbaijan`s First Deputy Prime Minister Yagub Eyyubov and other officials.
