According to the latest figures released by the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC), 842 confirmed COVID-19 cases were diagnosed in 24 hours.
The active coronavirus cases in the country stands at 17,815. The nationwide tally of fatalities has jumped to 6,068, according to the NCOC. Sindh remains the worst-hit province by the pandemic in terms of cases followed by Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Islamabad.
