A delegation of the Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC-IPHRC) has visited the Alley of Honors and the Alley of Martyrs on Saturday.

The delegation was accompanied by Azerbaijan's Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) Sabina Aliyeva.

They first payed tribute and laid a wreath at the grave of National Leader, founder and architect of the modern, independent Azerbaijani state Heydar Aliyev.

They also payed respect to Azerbaijani Martyrs, who gave their lives for the country’s independence and territorial integrity, and put flowers at their graves.
