Mollaburhan village of Gubadli district is located on the bank of the Hakari River.

The village was occupied by Armenian armed forces in 1993.

During the occupation, Mollaburhan village was subjected to Armenian vandalism.

The village was liberated from the occupation as a result of the Patriotic War on October 25, 2020.
