Voting for the snap presidential election of Azerbaijan has kicked off in the city of Khankendi, marking a historic moment as elections are held in this region for the first time in the history of independent Azerbaijan.
At the polling station No. 14 of the Khankendi Constituency No. 122, located in the central administrative building of the city, the process began at 8:00 a.m. after the ballot boxes were sealed in the presence of observers at 7:50 a.m.
The chairman of the polling station, Imran Mirzayev, ensured that the station is fully equipped with necessary technical and methodological resources, including voter lists and information boards, to facilitate smooth voting.
