“The Armenian armed forces are using banned cluster bombs,” said Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev.

“Armenia continues dropping banned bombs on the populated areas. It once again shows that Armenia is a terrorist state,” Hajiyev added.
